Go to the socal skateshop web site and select a 8.5 inch wide deck. Then select the build complete option and the site will help you to select trucks, wheels, grip tape and bearings. I would go with the 149mm independent trucks. You can use 55 mm diameter wheels without risers. If you want larger wheels, then you have to add risers, as well.

As you get better and more experienced you may want something wider or narrower depending on your style and what you skate.
